is the Executive Director of BIGWATER Rescue, overseeing projects and relationships for the organization. She has a Bachelors degree in Environmental Science and Policy from USF St. Petersburg. Professional experience includes Environmental Project Coordinator at Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful, Customer Service Coordinator at Capital One, and Costumer at Walt Disney World.
Having visited 9 countries so far, Moira loves to travel and hopes to keep the list growing. She is also an avid Disney, cat, and coffee lover, and can't imagine life without them.
is the founder of WATERGOAT and the brains behind BIGWATER Rescue, with inspiration stemming from his daughter Mia. Founder of the Green Armada, a non-profit which brought environmental PSAs to the waterways, Mark brought about a noticeable change in the amount of litter being removed from our beaches in a remarkably short amount of time. Before turning to his passion of saving the oceans, Mark was the Director of Operations for Florida International Museum.
When not working, Mark can always be found caring for his family who are the driving force behind all that he does.
is the Assistant (to the) Executive Director, and the Second-in-Command at BIGWATER Rescue. With a background in several professions, Michael is a jack of all trades. Professional experience ranges from Fraud Account Supervisor at Capital One to Protection Specialist at Target.
In addition to his civilian job, Michael has served 5 years in the Army Reserves, and is dedicated to his career indefinitely. He strives every day to challenge himself and his limits, working hard to make a difference in his own life as well as all others around him.
